After making the product according to individual customer requirements, customers will have access to our customer support, including the installation of the machine directly at the customer venue, its commissioning, setting up and providing training of the customers staff, including training about its use, and available options and settings. Of course, the product has a 24-month warranty and additional post-warranty service is provided.
